     Primarily responsible for the overall management and operations of the company, its projects, investments and subsidiaries.

 

     The Sukamto Holding Corporation is a closely held multi-national investment company headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii.  The holdings and investments of the company involve various operating subsidiaries and the following current and past projects:

 

 ·   Ownership and management of a 500-plus unit, mixed use hotel, office, residential and retail complex in downtown Honolulu known as the Executive Centre.

 

     ·    Asset management of the 106-unit Five Star Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sydney, Australia, recently rated as the best luxury hotel in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

 

     ·    Asset management and sale of the 500-unit Five Star Renaissance Hotel in Hong Kong (Kowloon).

 

     ·    Development management (proposal and competition) for the development of a Convention Center for the State of Hawaii on the Aloha Motors' property.  The result was the sale of the property to the State of Hawaii for $136 million, plus the exchange of various commercial properties.

 

     ·    Ownership, management and sale of 104 condominium units in the Kona Coffee Villas in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

 

     ·    Development and sale of a 196-unit luxury high-rise condominium in Waikiki known as the Waikiki Landmark.

     ·    Manager - Corporate Banking Division-Hawaii, which managed the commercial banking and lending relationships for the larger Hawaii-based companies.

 

     ·    Manager - Downtown Business Banking Center, which managed the commercial banking and lending relationships for small- to medium-sized businesses in downtown Honolulu.
