Residential:We first prepare a complete analysis of the options that could make your home or investment a solid financial asset. Then we use our association with dozens of mortgage lenders to arrange the loan package that best suits your individual financial situation.

Commercial:We provide asset-based financing from $2,000,000 to $100,000,000 on any type of real estate in Hawaii. We also provide financing on real estate outside Hawaii, anywhere in the U.S. and Japan. Our financing includes bridge loans, construction financing of residential subdivisions, quick-close acquisition financing, work-out financing for borrowers in trouble with their bank, borrowers with poor credit and any other real estate based financing normally not "bankable" by the traditional financial institutions.We call this area of our business "out-of-the-box" lending and we work very fast. We can obtain loan approval within 2 weeks and fund within 7 days from receipt of the appraisal. Many of our loans are unconventional. We often assist the borrower in properly structuring the loan.We provide the traditional commercial real estate financing through our local banks or national lenders.In addition to lending, we also broker equity and private placement transactions.The Mortgage Group, Inc. represents 50 various lenders in Hawaii and the mainland. We also do direct loan funding from private placement sourcing.
